CA State Workforce Agency Notes
California uses the CalJOBS portal under the Employment Development Department (EDD). The 30-day SWA posting requirement is enforced. CalJOBS generates a dated posting confirmation that is accepted at audit. California is one of the more complex SWA environments because some county workforce boards layer additional posting expectations on top of the state portal — we check this case by case.
