About this tool
PERM cases are filed with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). OFLC publishes quarterly Performance Data disclosure files containing every decided case. These files are U.S. government works in the public domain. This lookup tool searches the most recent quarterly file indexed against case number.
We only display fields that are part of the public disclosure — case number, status, decision dates, employer, attorney firm, job title, worksite. We never expose the employer or attorney contact email, phone, or other personal contact details from the file.
If your case is recent (filed in the current quarter) or still pending, it may not appear here yet. New quarterly data is auto-ingested via cron when OFLC publishes the next disclosure file.
