Frequently Asked Questions

What is the current PERM processing time?

OFLC publishes processing dates monthly at flag.dol.gov. The KPI cards above reflect the most recent published values for analyst review, audit review, and PWD. Cross-check the snapshot date on the dashboard.

How often does DOL update processing data?

OFLC updates the FLAG processing-times page approximately monthly. PermAd360 re-ingests it via a scheduled cron on the 5th of each month and publishes here automatically.

What happens if my PERM case is selected for audit?

Cases selected for audit are routed to the audit queue. The audit review priority date above tells you which month's audit cases are currently being decided. Audited cases typically add 4-6+ months to total processing time.

How long do prevailing wage determinations take?

PWD processing time depends on whether the request uses OEWS or non-OEWS wage sources. See the PWD detail page for current per-program priority dates. PWDs typically take 6-8 months from request to issuance.

Can I track a PERM case online?

Yes — use the PERM Case Status Lookup section above. We search the OFLC quarterly Performance Data disclosure files (public domain) by case number. Recent or pending cases may not appear yet; the file is published quarterly.
