What OEWS vs Non-OEWS means

The Department of Labor's National Prevailing Wage Center issues PWDs using one of two wage-source methodologies. OEWS (Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics) is the default — BLS survey wage data published in the FLAG wage library. Non-OEWS covers determinations using employer-provided wage surveys, collective bargaining agreements, or other allowable wage sources under 20 CFR §656.40.

The priority dates above tell you which receipt-month batch the Center is currently working on. A PWD request submitted today joins the back of the queue.
